BitFuFu to release Q2 2026 financial results on August 17

1 hour ago 9

BitFuFu Inc., the Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company trading under the ticker FUFU, will publish its unaudited financial results for the second quarter of 2026 on August 17. An earnings conference call is scheduled for the same day at 8:00 AM EDT.

Production numbers tell a cooling story

BitFuFu’s most recent operational update paints a picture of declining output. The company mined 112 BTC in July 2026, down from 125 BTC in June. That’s roughly a 10% drop month over month.

Of that July total, self-mining operations accounted for 72 BTC. The remainder came from the company’s cloud mining and hosting business lines.

BitFuFu operates across four main segments: self-mining (running its own rigs), cloud mining (selling hashrate to retail customers), hosting (maintaining hardware for third parties), and related services.

The company’s total managed hashrate sits at 14.2 EH/s.

As of July 31, 2026, BitFuFu held 1,314 BTC on its balance sheet.

A buyback at rock-bottom prices

The company authorized a $5 million share repurchase program in August 2026. With shares trading at approximately $1.30 in early August, that buyback budget could retire roughly 3.85 million shares, assuming no price movement during execution.

What investors will be watching

The Q1 2026 results, released on May 29, established the baseline that Q2 will be measured against.

Bitcoin’s mining difficulty, which adjusts roughly every two weeks, directly impacts how much BTC a given amount of hashrate can produce. The Q2 report should reveal how BitFuFu navigated those dynamics over a full three-month period.

The $1.30 stock price puts BitFuFu firmly in micro-cap territory. For comparison, larger publicly traded miners like Marathon Digital and Riot Platforms trade at significantly higher market capitalizations.
