Enigma raises $70M in seed funding led by Index Ventures and Ribbit Capital

Enigma just closed a $70M seed round, and if that number feels absurd for a seed-stage company, that’s because it is. This is one of the largest seed rounds the crypto sector has ever seen, led by two firms that don’t exactly throw money around carelessly: Index Ventures and Ribbit Capital.

Sarah Guo’s Conviction Partners also participated in the raise, adding another layer of credibility to a round that already had plenty.
