Ripple is expanding XRP’s presence in college sports through a new multi-year partnership with Florida Athletics.
Beginning with the 2026 football season, the XRP logo will be prominently displayed on the field at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, home of the Florida Gators football team.

XRP branding will also appear across Florida Athletics’ digital properties and event signage.
Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
Ripple Brings XRP to Gator Nation
Florida Athletics Director Scott Stricklin said the partnership fits with the university’s history of adopting new technologies while giving XRP exposure to one of college sports’ largest fan bases.
“Ripple has established itself as an innovative leader in financial technology, and we’re excited to welcome XRP to Gator Nation,” Stricklin said.
Florida competes in the Southeastern Conference and supports 21 teams and more than 500 student-athletes.
Its athletic programs have won 49 national championships across 16 sports, while the football program claimed national titles in 1996, 2006 and 2008.

Partnership Goes Beyond XRP Branding
The agreement will also include educational initiatives covering traditional finance and digital assets.
Ripple plans to support financial and technology education for Florida student-athletes as well as the broader university community.
XRP is the native cryptocurrency of the XRP Ledger. Ripple, founded in 2012, provides blockchain-based financial services across payments, custody, prime brokerage and treasury management, with XRP and the company’s RLUSD stablecoin supporting parts of its broader ecosystem.
Ripple Expands Into College Sports
The Florida agreement follows another major collegiate sports partnership announced by Ripple earlier this summer.
In July, Ripple became a sponsor of the Kansas Jayhawks, with an XRP patch set to appear on team jerseys.
The agreement marked the first time a cryptocurrency would be displayed on the jerseys of a major collegiate sports program. Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse is also a Kansas alumnus.
The Florida deal gives Ripple another high-profile college sports platform, this time through one of the SEC’s most recognizable athletic programs.
With XRP branding appearing directly on the football field and across Florida Athletics properties, the partnership represents another push by Ripple to introduce its brand and XRP to a broader mainstream audience.
