Stellar’s tokenized real-world asset value reached $3.996 billion as of Aug. 29, after climbing roughly 360% in 2026 from $868.8 million at the end of last year. The reading puts the network just below the $4 billion mark and follows a rapid run of reported billion-dollar RWA milestones during the year.
The total is based on data cited by Cointelegraph from Dune Analytics and Stellar. It measures tokenized real-world assets on the network, rather than stablecoin transfer activity or a broader measure of Stellar network use.

Stellar’s RWA market reached $3.996 billion by Aug. 29
The nearly $4 billion total represents a substantial increase from the $868.8 million recorded at the end of 2025. Stellar reported crossing $1B in RWA value in January, $2B in April and $3B in June, according to a Stellar Development Foundation update published June 30.
Those milestones show the pace of the expansion across the first half of the year, while the Aug. 29 market-cap reading places the network close to another round-number threshold. The reported 2026 year-to-date increase was roughly 360%.

Spiko held $1.55 billion of Stellar RWA value
Spiko accounted for $1.55 billion of Stellar’s RWA value as of Aug. 27, according to the Dune Analytics and Stellar data cited by Cointelegraph. That makes it the largest disclosed contributor in the supplied dataset.
The Spiko figure should not be treated as a precise share of the $3.996 billion network total: the readings were taken on different dates, Aug. 27 and Aug. 29, respectively. Still, the two observations indicate that Spiko represented a sizable component of the tokenized-asset value tracked on Stellar late in August.
Non-U.S. government debt reached roughly $490 million
Stellar held roughly $490 million in tokenized non-U.S. government debt as of August 20, according to RWA.xyz data cited by the Stellar Development Foundation. The observation predates the Aug. 29 network-wide RWA total, so it is best read as a dated component of the market rather than a same-day allocation.
The network’s RWA market spans tokenized U.S. Treasurys, private and public credit, non-U.S. government debt and other asset classes, Cointelegraph reported. The sovereign-debt reading therefore sits within a broader mix rather than representing the full market.
Separately, stablecoin transfer volume on Stellar reached an all-time high of $11.4 billion in Q2, up 72% quarter over quarter, according to the Stellar Development Foundation. That is a network-activity measure distinct from tokenized RWA value, and the available data does not establish it as a cause of the RWA increase.
