Strategy on Monday reported raising $263.5 million through the sale of over 2,7 million Class A shares under its at-the-market offering program during the week of July 13 to July 19, while recording no sales under any of its preferred stock ATM facilities.
The Tysons, Virginia-based firm extended its pause in Bitcoin trading for a second straight week, disclosing no purchases or sales during the same period.
As a result, Strategy’s Bitcoin holdings remain at 843,775 BTC, worth about $54.7 billion at current market prices. Its treasury remains deep underwater, with unrealized losses exceeding $9 billion.
Strategy also reported holding $3.2 billion in its US dollar reserve as of July 19 to support preferred stock dividends and debt obligations.
