T1 Keria qualifies for Worlds for the 7th consecutive year

Ryu “Keria” Min-seok has done it again. T1’s star support player has punched his ticket to the 2026 League of Legends World Championship, extending a streak that now stretches back to the very first year he went pro.

Seven consecutive Worlds appearances. Every single year since his 2020 debut.

A streak built on consistency and silverware

Keria’s Worlds journey started in 2020 with DRX, where he placed somewhere between 5th and 8th in his rookie appearance.

He moved to T1 ahead of the 2021 season, joining a roster headlined by Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok. Together with jungler Oner, the trio formed the backbone of a dynasty that claimed three consecutive Worlds titles: 2023, 2024, and 2025. The 2023 run featured a clean sweep of Weibo Gaming in the finals. The 2024 edition was tighter, a 3-2 nail-biter against BLG. And in 2025, T1 edged domestic rivals KT Rolster by the same 3-2 margin.

Why Keria stands apart

His mechanical skill on champions like Bard has become the stuff of LCK lore, and his playmaking ability has earned him multiple LCK Support of the Year awards. His champion versatility means banning him out in draft phase becomes a strategic headache for opponents.

Locked in through 2029

T1 announced a contract extension in April 2026 that keeps him on the roster through 2029. The current T1 lineup features Doran in the top lane, Oner in the jungle, Faker in mid, Peyz at bot, and Keria on support.

T1 has yet to win a Mid-Season Invitational title, despite strong showings at MSI 2026 and other iterations of the mid-year tournament.
