4 hours ago 9

After serving as one of the best trends in 2024, crypto airdrops continue to offer investment opportunities for investors this year.

Several projects are launching airdrops this week to engage communities and reward early adopters. Here’s a look at the most anticipated airdrops for the fourth week of January 2025.

Derby Race

This GameFi project on the Soneium mainnet is currently hosting an airdrop during its Pre-Season phase, which began on January 14, 2024. Players can earn RacePoints through various in-game activities, with these points convertible into RACE tokens following the Token Generation Event (TGE).

This airdrop rewards players for active engagement through mechanisms like daily quests, leveling up, and reaching milestones. Players can also accumulate RacePoints by opening Gacha boxes and participating in gameplay challenges.

The game includes a referral system, offering rewards to both new participants and existing users who invite them, adding another layer of incentives for players to grow the community.

“You can maximize your RacePoint earnings through daily activities by completing all daily quests, using your hearts efficiently for race participation, opening Gacha boxes to earn experience points, and checking in at UTC 00:00 for daily Gold rewards,” said Leah, a renowned airdrop farmer.

Hi PIN

Another confirmed crypto airdrop this week is Hi PIN, which was developed by PIN AI. This data farming project focuses on creating a Personal Intelligence Network. With this offering, users can control their data while contributing to AI training.

Built as a Telegram Mini App, Hi PIN enables users to connect their social accounts and earn rewards. The Hi PIN airdrop is confirmed and currently active, allowing users to earn PIN tokens for participation.

The airdrop focuses on rewarding users who contribute their data and engage with the platform regularly. Users can earn points through multiple activities, including connecting social accounts, completing daily tasks, and inviting friends.

“Each connected account and completed task increases the user’s PIN power score, potentially leading to higher rewards in the upcoming token distribution,” the network said.

Evermoon

Evermoon is a multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA). It combines competitive 5v5 gameplay with Web3 technology and esports elements. The project offers a free play-to-earn (P2E) experience, making it accessible to players regardless of their initial investment capability.

At its core, Evermoon features a dynamic in-game economy powered by the EVM token. Evermoon’s Moon Mission Season 1 is currently underway and ends on January 21 (00:00 UTC), with further seasons to follow.

The project has officially confirmed its airdrop program, allocating 23% of the total EVM token supply for in-game rewards. This initiative offers players various opportunities to earn tokens, fostering active participation across the platform.

EVM tokens can be earned through activities such as competing in the De-Zentrum Pool, participating in ranked matches and tournaments, and engaging in other gameplay activities. These pathways are designed to reward users for different forms of engagement, ensuring a diverse and inclusive reward system.

“Referral Rewards! Invite your friends and both of you can earn amazing bonuses,” Evermoon said.

The tokens will be available for trading on both decentralized and centralized exchanges (DEXs and CEXs, respectively). This availability will provide participants with liquidity options.

Sake Finance

Another Soneium-based project, Sake Finance, is also a top crypto airdrop this week. This liquidity protocol combines lending, borrowing, and stablecoin functionalities in one platform. Sake Finance introduced a points-based reward system that tracks user participation across the protocol.

Airdrop farmers earn Sake Points based on their participation across the ecosystem. Once the platform launches its token, this is crucial for future governance and token distribution.

“The Sake Points you earn will likely convert into a significant share of the upcoming Sake Finance token and will also influence your governance rights,” airdrop researcher Devon Murray shared.

The token distribution details are yet to be announced. However, users can earn Sake Points through various activities within the ecosystem. These points play a significant role in the protocol’s future governance system and potential token distribution.

Assisterr

Solana-based AI project Assisterr is also on the leaderboard for top crypto airdrops this week. Assisterr enables users to create, train, and monetize specialized AI models. Focusing on community ownership and governance, Assisterr aims to align AI development with user needs.

After securing $2.5 million in funding from notable investors, including Outlier Ventures and Web3.com Ventures, the project confirmed its airdrop for the ASSR token. To interact with the platform, users can acquire SOL from Binance or bridge assets using Rhino Bridge.

Currently in its testnet phase, the Assisterr airdrop’s mainnet launch is scheduled for the Q1 of 2025. Users can earn sASRR points by completing various tasks on the platform. These include daily interactions, social media engagement, and AI model creation. The points are crucial for the airdrop.

“sASSR will be exchanged to ASSR,” Web3 expert Paschal.BTC said.

Participation in the airdrop is free, requiring only a wallet connection and the completion of specified tasks. Points earning happens every 12 hours through regular platform interaction and social media.

Beyond these, Jupiter’s “Japuary” airdrop is also making headlines. Airdrop farmers hope that this round will replicate the same success witnessed in its initial allocation. As BeInCrypto reported, rewards range from 25 tokens for a $500 swap volume to a massive 20,000 tokens for $10 million in volume.
