WebX 2026, a Web3 conference operated by CoinPost, has confirmed new speakers and sponsors ahead of its return to Tokyo on July 13-14 at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, with sessions on stablecoins, AI and digital asset regulation.

Last year’s edition welcomed more than 14,000 attendees from over 90 countries and hosted more than 170 side events across Tokyo. WebX 2026 will again bring together leaders from finance, technology and policy to discuss digital assets and financial innovation.

The two-day program will examine developments including stablecoins, AI, tokenization and regulatory frameworks. Highlights include a keynote from Tom Lee, chairman of the board at Bitmine, and sessions such as “Asia as a Crypto Powerhouse: Policy, Liquidity and Trust for Robust Growth” and “Stablecoins in Action: Reimagining Retail Payments Across Asia Pacific.”

The program comes as Japan advances its digital asset regulatory framework, including proposals to classify crypto assets as financial instruments under the same rules as traditional securities.
