Strategy acquires 2,932 Bitcoin at $90,000

Strategy, the business intelligence firm led by executive chairman Michael Saylor, acquired 2,932 Bitcoin for around $264 million last week at an average price of $90,061 per coin, according to the company’s official X account.

These purchases were funded through the net proceeds from the sales of its securities under Strategy’s at-the-market offering program.

The purchase continues Strategy’s approach of accumulating Bitcoin as its primary treasury reserve asset. Saylor has directed the firm’s ongoing Bitcoin acquisitions as part of its core financial strategy.

Strategy now holds 712,647 BTC valued at $62.5 billion at current market prices.
