TYLOO eliminates GamerLegion from FISSURE event with dominant 2-0 sweep

TYLOO made quick work of GamerLegion at FISSURE Playground 2 in Belgrade, Serbia, sweeping the series 2-0 with map scores of 13-3 on Inferno and 13-4 on Ancient. The September 12 match was less a contest and more a clinic, with GamerLegion never finding their footing on either map.

The result knocked GamerLegion out of the $500,000 tournament in the Swiss-format group stage.

JamYoung put on a show

TYLOO’s JamYoung was the standout performer across both maps, posting a series-high 1.75 rating.

TYLOO entered Playground 2 as the defending champions, having won FISSURE Playground 1 back in July 2025. That event carried a $1 million prize pool, double the size of its successor. JamYoung earned the HLTV MVP award at that tournament.

The defending champs didn’t last long either

TYLOO’s own run at Playground 2 ended just four days later. Team Liquid knocked them out on September 16 with a 2-1 series victory.

FISSURE’s growing footprint in esports

Playground 1 in July featured a $1 million prize pool and crowned TYLOO as champions. Playground 2, running from September 12 through September 21 in Belgrade, operates with a $500,000 purse.

The organization has already announced FISSURE Playground 3, scheduled for September 2026 in Suzhou, China. That event will carry a prize pool exceeding $1 million.
