Dan Ndoye needed just five minutes to make his presence felt, firing Nottingham Forest into an early lead.
Ndoye arrived at Nottingham Forest on July 31, 2025, in a deal worth approximately £34 million from Italian side Bologna, making him the most expensive signing in Forest’s history. He signed a five-year contract, tying him to the club through 2030.
On his Premier League debut against Brentford on August 17, 2025, Ndoye found the net in a 3-1 victory. Chris Wood opened the scoring in the 5th minute, and Ndoye added his own goal in the 42nd minute, assisted by Morgan Gibbs-White.
His first season in English football produced 24 Premier League appearances, tallying 1 goal and 1 assist in the 2025/26 campaign.
Between his Premier League commitments, Ndoye represented Switzerland at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, where he scored in both the group stage against Algeria and in the knockout rounds against Argentina.
After his World Cup duties, Ndoye returned to pre-season training with Forest ahead of the new campaign.
