Find the sell price that covers a spot purchase and the costs you enter. An optional profit amount raises the required exit price.
How the calculation works
Required exit price = [quantity × entry × (1 + entry fee) + fixed costs + target profit] ÷ [quantity × (1 - exit fee)].
Worked example
Example: one token bought at 100 with a 1% entry fee and 1% exit fee needs a sale price of about 102.020202 to recover both fees.
How to use the result
Leave the target-profit field blank to calculate break-even. Enter a fixed quote-currency profit if you want to solve for a higher exit.
Exit fees apply to the sale value, which changes with the required sale price. Adding entry and exit fee percentages to the original price is only an approximation.
What this result leaves out
- This models a spot long. It does not calculate futures liquidation, funding, borrowing, taxes or token-denominated fees.
